RETURNS & REFUSALS
Please check your order carefully. Embellished or altered garments are not returnable.
Please report packing errors and defects within 72 hours of receipt.
A return authorization number will be issued for returns.
Defects may be returned for credit, provided they are undecorated product. If they have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered, they will not be accepted. Defects must be marked with tape.
Return of unwanted merchandise is subject to prior approval, will be charged a 15% restocking fee and can only be used as a credit.
R&O restocking fee is 25%.
No credit will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse.
Merchandise that is not R&O's will be returned at the sender's expense or disposed of by R&O.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders including pick-up orders.
Upon customer approval, R&O will reship returned orders. Additional freight charges will be applied to the invoice.
R&O assumes no responsibility for discrepancies on orders received by a third party. Please have recipient check the order carefully.
Claims for goods lost or damaged during delivery must be made directly with the carrier. Please hold goods and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
We cannot guarantee exact color match across dye lots, styles, sizes or manufacturers, however, we will attempt to match your order as closely as possible.
Due to the manufacturing process of ash and heather fabrics, cotton content may be reduced. Please refer to the manufacturer's catalog for fabric details.
R&O CUSTOMER PROTECTION
To protect our customers, R&O is strictly wholesale and will not sell to the public.
Companies that embellish apparel, contract or broker with companies that embellish apparel or companies that our customers have asked us to sell to may open an account with R&O.
