Can I purchase R&O although I’m not a retail business owner?
At this time, we only offer our products and services to active clothing retailers and wholesalers with a valid seller’s permit for Ca. retailers or business license for out of state retailers. If you are a consumer to our products please contact us for a retailer near you.

How do I place orders?
Here at R&O we do our best to provide excellent service as well as to expedite you order as soon as it’s place. To achieve this, we can take orders by fax, phone, or just simply by our website.

How are the products delivered or can I just pick them up?
R&O ships via UPS only. Services range from ground shipping to next day air express, depending on your priority and need. Also, products can be picked up from our warehouse 24 hours after an order has been submitted.

Can I request a catalog or brochure for your current products?
In order to provide faster service from our warehouse to your doorstep, we believe ordering through website we can achieve this goal.

Why aren’t prices listed for any items?
Prices are only available to our wholesale R&O account holders. Please refer to new account set up for obtaining a new account with us.

Can we get R&O products private labeled specifically for my company or brand?
No, we don’t offer private labeling, screen printing, embroidery, and any other custom work.

Do you carry any women or children’s apparel?
At this time, we only carry men’s products. Account holders will be notified when new products are available.

What are your business hours and walk in time for order pick up?
Our office and show room is open Mon through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. If you are not an R&O account holder, the staff may refuse any question to information regarding our products and pricing. Please give R&O 24hr notice for walk in or scheduling for pick up. Due to high volume of orders we may not have your product ready for pick up if not given a notice.

What happens when my packages get returned to your warehouse for whatever reasons?
Most of returns are re-shipped to our customers per their request. However, all returns will incur a re-shipping charge or if they are restocked, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of your original purchase. Re-stocking fees must be paid off before we can process your next order. In extreme and due to problematic customers we will hold or close accounts if we experience excessive or frequent returns with your account.

Can I get a discount for purchasing a large volume quantity?
Our prices are set based on quality and value of our products. We believe that the prices set on R&O products are appropriate to the current market .In most cases, we don’t offer discounts.
